Several years ago IHG launched Merlin<\/a>, their employee intranet linking all of its hotels around the world. The platform provides up to date business intelligence across all IHG properties for colleagues to stay up to date on everything that is happening in its properties.<\/p>

Today, Merlin has expanded into the main source of news, HR, and corporate information within IHG and also includes a huge library of training opportunities and other resources for employees. <\/p>

Best news of all this portal allows IHG employees to book discounted rates at properties around the world for themselves as well as friends and family.<\/p>
